B) No refunds will be issued for requests received within 10 days of the course start date.

D) Discounted or Bundled Courses

All discounted courses, promotional offers, or bundled course packages are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the situation.

E) Course Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we cancel a course due to unforeseen or unexpected circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

F) Transfer or Substitution (optional – add if you want flexibility)

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another available course date or nominate a substitute participant, subject to approval.
